Jesse has a passion for helping others and giving back to the community. This desire to serve is what prompted him to become a Community Service Officer (CSO) upon graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in 2019. In his role as a CSO, Jesse developed invaluable conflict resolution skills, which serves him in his daily endeavors.

While Jesse attended the University of Northern Iowa on a football scholarship, he learned the importance of working as a team, remaining humble, and putting others before himself. These life experiences remind him to continue to be disciplined and respectful in all encounters. Jesse enjoys connecting with people and strives to build long-term relationships with our clients, resolving client frustrations and navigating challenging issues.

When Jesse is not working, he spends his free time giving back to the community by coaching young athletes. When he is not serving others, Jesse can be found spending time with his loved ones or going to the gym. Regular physical activity and the company of family helps keep him grounded, even during the busiest seasons of life.
