Mary Rodriguez is an HCM Solutions Consultant at AssetHR, passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping organizations thrive. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she works closely with business owners and leaders to understand their goals, identify opportunities, and connect them with solutions that support both their people and long-term growth.
Mary studied International Business at Bethel University and Organizational Development at CSU. What excites her most about joining AssetHR is being part of a team that believes in putting relationships first and delivering a gold-star experience for every client.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and creating adventures with her husband and three children. She is also a devoted Minnesota sports fan, which has taught her perseverance better than any professional development course ever could.
