Jesse Cardenas
HCM Specialist
As long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for helping others. This desire to serve is what prompted me to become a Community Service Officer upon graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in 2019. As a CSO, I developed invaluable conflict resolution skills, which still serve me well to this day.
I attended the University of Northern Iowa on a football scholarship. During my time at the university, I learned the importance of working as a team, remaining humble, and putting others before myself. These life experiences also reminded me to be disciplined and respectful in all my endeavors.
I enjoy connecting with people and strive to build long-term relationships with our clients. My diverse background has given me a knack for resolving client frustrations and helping others to navigate challenging issues.
In my free time, I enjoy giving back to my community by coaching young athletes. When I am not serving others, I love going to the gym. Regular physical activity helps to keep me grounded, even during the busiest seasons of life.
